Success in Sri Lanka

Manjula is one of our longest serving employees, he joined the company in 1994 as factory worker. Since then, he has worked through the ranks and is now instrumental to production at the Katunayake factory. As Production Executive he’s responsible for all aspects of production and with his 29 years’ of experience there’s not much he doesn’t know.

Success in Poland

Starting on the production floor in Quality Control, Michal has worked in a number of roles across the company including customer care agent and production shift leader. Now a key member of our R&D department working as a constructor. His work is exemplary with his outstanding achievement at Elsteel being the laser cutting plant that he designed and installed with his colleagues.

Success in India

A graduate of the esteemed Goa College of Engineering, Manoj joined Elsteel as part of our Management Trainee scheme. Demonstrating an excellent work ethic and real determination to learn, Manoj was promoted to the role of Packing Assistant Manager. He is responsible for implementing workflow procedures and managing the tasks of his team.
